Hey guys im going to try and do a digital pass of this with the notes we talked about.

Here is the reference of caterpillar I ate in the past.

The green one is before cooking. The yellow one is cooked. As you see, the cooked caterpillar is not as ugly as before cooking. It is more acceptable to eat. This actually is one of the famous dishes in China.
